  3. Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase. If the product has not been accessed or downloaded, we will process a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  1. Change of Mind: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds due to a change of mind.
  2. Misuse of Product: Refunds are not available if the product was misused, shared with third parties, or otherwise used in violation of our terms of service.

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
